They started out as a tiny community bank in 1902. Today, S&T Bank has 61 branches across Pennsylvania and into Ohio. But with growth comes challenges – like convincing cynical consumers that S&T Bank truly cares about them, not just their money.
Now, S&T Bank never lost its community roots. But it was in danger of being overwhelmed by a message predicated on rates and products. As writer, creative director and strategist, I lead the team that helped point them back to the big picture. It was this: life is a matter of “ands.” Hope & dreams. Parents & children. We all want to be connected to the things that are important to us. S&T Bank does a better job than anyone to help its customers achieve those connections. That’s the business S&T Bank is really in. & that’s a fact!
